Tourist Tax

The prices do not include the tourist tax of € 3,00 per person, per night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Rates

• The prices are valid per person and night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
• The prices of the Residence Vila include the overnight stay, daily cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom (excluding the kitchen), weekly linen change and final cleaning.
• Free Wi-Fi.
• Paid services: daily bread delivery at the Residence, garage.

Reductions for additional beds

• 0-1 year old - free
• 2-4 years old - 70%
• 5-7 years old - 40%
• 8-11 years old - 30%
• over 12 years - 20%

Reservations and Booking

For final confirmation we ask a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The following payment options are possible:

Arrival and departure

The rooms and apartments are available from 03.00 pm of the arrival date and need to be left by 09.30 am on the day of departure.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside of the Residence.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellations with justified reason within 30 days before arrival, we refund the deposit. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• from 30 to 7 days before arrival -  25% penalty of the total price
• within 1 week before arrival - 70% penalty of the total price
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full period will be charged.
